TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KITCHEN GC, LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). SOME LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

11. Indemnity

12. Governing law; venue; jury trial waiver
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that exclusive venue for disputes arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms lies in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Jury trial waiver. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND KITCHEN GC, LLC WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL IN ANY ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on the Site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
